RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：

1. Capable of doing software module integration, collect coding tasks and bug fixing tasksfor a certain release

2. Set up the software local databases and configuration management, create baseline/tag for a certain release

3. Create software-integration-testing test plan and test cases

4. Review source code, merge and integrate tasks/branches

5. Check software compatibility by using static software analyse tool

6. Perform software-integration-testing and report bugs

7. Following A-SPICE standard to achieve development

8. Acquires prototypes that accurately reflect product design/improvements for testing & development

9. Design & Develops product design/improvements utilizing tools for existing product that meet marketing & eng. specifications, quality, time & cost targets

10. Participate to the offers, design and validation of the projects

11. Supports the software project leader in daily technical issues

12. Other works given by software project leader.

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree, major in electronic or with relevant background

2. At least 3 years of professional experience in SW design / development.

3. Must be good at C/C++ programing language

4. Knowledge of configuration management tools usage (SYNERGY/SVN/GIT/Makefile…)

5. Knowledge and use experience of software static analyze tool, such as Polyspace

6. Knowledge of CPU architecture with an excellent understanding and design background of the interaction between software and hardware.

7. Knowledge of configuration management

8. Knowledge of A-SPICE is better

9. Knowledge on FlexRay/CAN/LIN is better

10. Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory

11. Good communications skills
