职位描述
Based in Shanghai, reporting the Managing Director, Far East, his/her main responsibilities are:
· Full P&L responsibility for the China Region.
· Strategy - Align with Headquarter to develop China Strategy to regain China market share. Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
· Drive Revenue and Profitability - Spearhead development of SCM & FMS services in China, expand scale and footprint to meet revenue and profitability plan.
· Strong Team Management - Drive sales team directly and through regional and functional leaders.
· Awareness and Communication - Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
· Operational management
1. Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
2. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
3. Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
4. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Requirement:
1. Proven P&L track record in driving Multi-Billion Businesses across China.
2. Strong ability to work with Headquarter executives and to develop China Strategy aligning with Global Strategy. Build, structure and manage China Sales team and leverage all resources in place to execute the strategy.
3. Develop sales objective, strategies and tactics to achieve the sales goals and profit targets.
4. Planning, Budgeting and forecasting. - Align with Strategic Planning to well forecast and control Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Product functions. Act quickly to market trend to ensure a stable and consistent growth.
5. Minimum of 15 years of operation & business development experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics with a minimum of 8 - 10 years China experience in senior management positions
6. Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
