岗位职责:

1. 仓库的日常维护及收货、发货、退货、账务(ERP审单与输单) 管理。

2. 负责与相关部门的业务协调，及时解决客户提出的问题；

3. 库存异常的反馈并及时汇报上级领导。

4. 负责相关客户进出口单证的制作；

5. 月末盘点，确保物品的出入库账目、实物、原始单据的一致性。

6. 上级临时交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 较好的英语读写能力。

2. 大专及以上学；

3. 1年以上物流相关等相关工作经验的优先考虑；

4. 熟练运用Word，Excel,等办公软件制作各种文档，报表。

5. 熟悉仓库进出货、盘点操作流程，熟悉电脑操作，懂WMS或ERP系统；

6. 有外资企业物流工作经历者优先考虑；

7.工作时间周一到周五: 9:00am-5:00pm为一班; 10:00pm- 6:00am为 一班;每班工作八小时;；   

      周六: 10:00am-6:00pm;一班(八小时)即可 。 周日:休息

9.工作地点在外高桥保税区五号门
