- Dealing with accounting bookkeeping and prepare the monthly financial statements according Chinese accounting principle and the group accounting package based on accounting manual (HGB); preparation of the annual reports closing and make the annual inspection

- 进行日常会计处理，按照中国会计制度编制月度财务报表和按照集团会计手册（德国会计准则）编制集团内部报表；年终编制年度报表，并至各相关机构办理年检；

- Preparation of monthly VAT, quarterly corporation income tax and other tax compliance;

- 编制月度增值税和季度企业所得税申请表及完成相关申报；

- Communication with the external authorities such as Tax, SAFE, Industry & Commerce, and Customs House etc.;

- 与相关机构如：税务局、外管局、工商局、海关进行协商沟通；

- Carrying out the internal control regulation and reporting to the Management and Headquarter;

- 执行公司内部控制制度并向管理层及总部进行汇报；

- Accounting treatment and basic knowledge of import and export transactions.

- 　掌握进出口相关的基本理论及相关会计处理；

- Familiar with the practices such as bank transactions and SAFE registration etc.

- 　熟悉实践操作，例如银行交易以及外汇管理局登记等．

工作地点：上海松江

Education: College graduates or above.

学历要求：大专以上

Working experience: At least five years full-time accountant in foreign invested enterprise;

工作经验：至少五年以上外资企业全职会计经验

Qualification: Qualification of account is required at least, CPA, CTA qualifications are preferred

证书：至少须获得会计上岗证, 有注册会计师,注册税务师证书优先

Languages: Chinese, preferably as mother-language

语言能力：中文：母语

English, very fluent to have meetings, conversations with foreigners and excellent professional written English.

英语：非常流利地于外籍人士进行专业会议,会话以及专业的书面写作技巧
