2.收集公司签证需求，协同操作部门及相关签证供应商及时向使馆申请签证，与使馆保持必要的沟通并保证团队出行前顺利获得签证；
3.向业务人员明确流程的重要节点和注意事项，积极引导并监督业务人员严格执行签证流程，纠正业务人员的违规操作；
4.监督签证过程中是否符合公司签证工作风险管理制度，保证公司签证环境的整体安全性，定期更新维护公共签证信息可靠，表达清晰、具有可操作性。

任职要求：
1.有出境旅行社签证部门工作经验的优先考虑；
2.细节服务能力，沟通能力，组织协调能力，团队合作能力，承受压力能力。
