职位目标综述Overall Purpose of Job

• 负责中国区工厂仓库的标准化及优化；负责外部仓库，货代的审核、管理及考核,以及相关的VMI推进和改善；控制包括运输、仓储在内的物流成本.

To be in charge of standardization & improvement of internal warehouse; In charge of audit， management and performance rating of external/3PL warehouse and forwarder; In charge of VMI implementation and improvement; To control the logistics cost including transportation and warehousing.

• 沟通渠道Communication methods

• 对内沟通 工厂物流经理、工厂物流主管、中国区采购、工厂采购、销售

Internal communication: Plant Logistics Manager、Plant Logistics Supervisor、IPD buyer、MRO buyer、Sales

• 对外沟通 三方仓库供应商、货代、VMI供应商

External communication: 3PL Warehouse Suppliers、forwarder、VMI Suppliers

主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

• 中国区工厂仓库的标准化及优化; Standardization & improvement of internal warehouse

• 中国区外部仓库审核和管理; Audit, management and performance rating of external/3PL warehouse

• 中国区运输货代审核和管理；Audit, management and performance rating of forwarders

• 中国区新项目物流成本控制和审核。Logistic cost control and audit for new projects

• 监督工厂每月的物料盘点,为提高库存盘点结果提供支持; Supervise plant monthly physical counting, support to improve the stock-taking result;

• 为每个工厂物流仓库提供培训和管理,合理分配工作; Training and management for each plant logistics warehouse, reasonably job assignment;

• 物流成本节约; logistics cost saving;

• 预算控制;Budget control;

• VMI项目推进和改善; VMI project implementation and improvement;

• 配合其他部门,提供相应的支持. Co-operation with correlative function to provide the corresponding support.

关键任职资格Key Competencies:

• 团队合作精神和良好的沟通技巧,可以承受一定工作压力; Teamwork player and good communication skill, can work under great pressure;

• 熟悉TS16949和ISO14001.Familiar with TS 16949 and ISO14001.

• 学历与经验Education and Experience:

• 本科及以上学历，,3年以上相关物流管理经验; College graduate or above with 3 years logistics management experience; 良好的电脑操作能力,熟悉ERP系统; Good PC skill, be familiar with ERP system;

• 具备英语沟通能力者优先. English is preferred.

权限Authority

对于不能满足工厂需求或造成工厂负面影响的仓储或运输供应商，有权协调IPD采购、工厂物流等资源进行比对和切换. To coordinate the IPD/plant logistics resources to compare and switch the W/H or Transportation suppliers which failed to meet the request of plants or caused negative impact.
