Responsibilities

• Daily support for franchisee POS system; system configuration for new store on-boarding; supporting quarterly tradeshows, Shanghai new company integration in POS, interface trouble shooting and end user training.
• Workflow management for POS system on-boarding schedule; change request process to ensure clear communication with internal and external parties.
• Continuous improvement through understanding of current and future features and functions; ability to present them to business team.
• Work closely with external partner to optimize retail POS solution
• CRM platform management; integration testing with other platforms
• Support reporting module from POS data pool, data consolidation and reporting extraction for business analysis
• Franchisee communication for POS integration planning, concern elimination etc
• Training and support documentation management, status reporting compiling for project updates
• IT related service and process drafting, workflow management

  

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors  

  

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in IT supporting role
• Skilled in POS systems, which used in retail/franchisee business, such as Burgeon, Retail pro etc.
• Experience on IT support in foreign company environment
• Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (PPT)
• Retail and wholesale industry related experience
• Experience in fashion or sports industry will be preferred
• New retail experience will be a plus
• Knowledge of ERP such as SAP, digital and ecommerce technology will be a plus
• Good sense of user support and project coordination
• Ability to understand and write English

  

  Education  

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related major
