Key Activities:

• Complete different projects according to project plans;

• To monitor the development of the implementation of productivity improvement actions and results obtained;

• Perform specific workshops in some assembly lines, in accordance with the planning from the Plants;

• Lean culture promotion, lead cross function team to do kaizen and lean activities;

• Lean tool introduction, training, promotion and project implementation: A3, 7wastes, 5S, VSM, TPM, CIP, standardization, Visualization etc.;

• To conduct internal training plan to maintain and improve shop floor workers’ skill;

• To maintain CIP and 5S system;

• Support manufacturing operation in daily work to reach quality, cost and delivery targets;

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Key Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or Engineering related;

• More than 5 years related working experience in multinational company will be preferred;

• Familiar with mechanical drawing generation with CAD software (e.g. ProE);

• Preferably with Lean knowledge and work experience incl. 6 sigma belt trainer;

• Fluent in English communication (both written & oral).

Behavioural Competencies:

• Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet completion deadlines.
