岗位描述：

1.负责为用户参观数据中心提供中英文讲解工作。

2.负责收集整理数据中心运营数据，制作相关分析报告。

3.负责对数据中心各类服务需求方案的内部协调和支持。

4.负责制作及完善数据中心各类文档，介绍资料及流程手册。

5.负责数据中心各类资料存档管理。

6.其他数据中心相关日常管理支持工作。

职位要求：

教育经历

全日制本科及以上学历，有客户讲解介绍类服务相关工作经验优先考虑。

技能要求

1. 英语专业八级或同等级英语能力。听说读写流利。

2. 具有较强的理解能力、协调沟通及表达能力。

3. 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，具备EXCEL报表制作能力，具备PPT的制作能力。有美术及设计能力的优先考虑。

4. 有一定的数据统计和分析能力。

5. 有一定的抗压能力和良好的执行能力。
