Critical Competencies & Education/experience: - Working experience with minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in the Building Materials field in an international organization - Demonstrated success in managing product portfolio and launching new products - University level education, in technical or business background - Excellent teamwork and communication skills underpinned by solid commercial acumen - Strong project management ability - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English is a must) Job description - Competitor analysis, identification of local market needs, customer requirements, indentifying new products and sales channels - New products development & launch in accordance with Business Unit Strategy - Develop sector oriented product marketing and product marketing communication - Manage profitability of product portfolio - Work out pricing strategies in cooperation with local sales structures - Ensuring adequate knowledge about product, conduct product trainings - Identification and follow-up of cost reduction programs - Support local sales organizations, key customer relationships and product/quality related operational processes - Support budget planning
