岗位职责:

General Statement of Duties:
Responsible for purchasing of medical consumables. Ensure a stable supply of high-quality medical consumables to meet growing needs from clinical departments.

Example of Duties:
1. Have good communication with internal customers and meet well their needs for medical consumables.
2. Keep purchasing activities compliant with hospital policies, auditing requirements, JCIA standard, government laws and regulations.
3. Play leading role in price negotiation with vendors to achieve cost effective purchasing goal.
4. Develop and maintain stable supply chain to support rapid growth of hospital.
5. Provide assistance to warehouse staff in medical consumables inventory plan.
6. Maintain medical consumables database in E1. Keep good accuracy of data entered.
7. Other duties assumed as required.

任职资格:

1. Knowledge Skills and Abilities-
2. Good communication skills, honest, good team spirit, good knowledge in supply chain management.
3. Minimum Education Requirement-
4. Bachelor degree in Medicine / Bio-Medical Engineering
5. Minimum Experience Requirement-
6. At least 1-2 years working experience; hospital working experience is definitely a plus
7. Good oral and written English.
