l   了解内部员工报告的问题，研究、诊断、排除故障并确定解决方案

    

l   为员工提供及时、准确的问题反馈

    

l   确保正确记录所有问题，及时准备准确的问题汇报

    

l   根据标准流程，将无法解决的问题报告至相应的团队

    

    

l   为员工创建账户，确保员工了解如何登陆

    

l   安装并配置计算机硬件、软件、系统、网络、打印机和扫描仪

    

l   熟悉TCP/IP协议、OSPF/BGP协议、生成树协议，VPN等网络交换原理，可以进行故障处理

    

l   调查、诊断并解决计算机软件和硬件故障，安排进行定期维护升级

    

l   修理设备、更换零部件

    

l   管理软件许可记录，管理设备、消耗品和其他用品的库存

任职要求

    

    

l  一年以上的技术或IT经历，英语熟练者优先

    

l  具有基本的计算机OS、软件和设备知识，能够解决Window和Mac计算机故障

    

l  能够较好的与客户沟通，具有较强的书面和口头交流能力（电子邮件，文档等）
