A. Develop and execute Business Developmentand marketing plan to achieve sales and profits target.

B. Maximize sales through direct selling and technical support of customers within targeted markets.

C. Regular customer visits, preparing quotations and contract negotiations according to defined pricing strategy.

D. Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities (eg: tradeshows, seminars etc) with the purpose of sales policy.

E. Information gathering regarding maket development, competitor activity, state policy, etc. Information sharing within the team.

F. Regular and accurate sales reporting and forecasting - pipeline management and sales visits.

G. Develop sales business, seek opportunity and follow up.

H. Establish and maintain relationship with existing and new customers.

I. Effective communication with customers to understand tasks and problems.

J. Providing technical support and service proposal.

K. Communicate with engineering in Shanghai & Ningde for technical needs.

L. Be a team player with peers through collaboration and mutual support.

M. Report to managing director for sales.

Requirements:

a. University graduate with major in Engineering course or business.

b. Minimum 5 years work experience in electric motor sales for foreign brand (merchandising experience big asset).

c. Extensive work experience with foreigners and foreign brands, travelled overseas for servicing customers , trade shows ... well versed in managing foreigner expectations and day to day problem solving.

d. Ability to manage team of department merchandisers to drive sales , have proven track record in sales solicitation and development of new customers.

e. Willing to travel overseas to assist Sales Director with current customer management and new customer / market development.

f. Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English, other Europe language will be added advantage.
