10确保所有员工了解全部酒水点单的流程。

11主持和安排全部对于酒水知识讲授。

12控制和管理每月的库存。

13确保提供最佳的服务和价值。

14确保所有员工遵守正确的规则和服务流程。

15确保收场职责，确保搭建摆设迅速正确地完成。

16确认吧台的清洁标准并确保按照标准执行。

17确保K5吧台/酒水饮料部门持续高效运行。

18执行经理确认的每一项任务。

19和周围人保持良好的关系并进行团队合作。

20清点酒和饮料的库存。

21协调酒水和饮料的订货。

Job description:

1 Be knowledgeable on the food and beverage menu

2 Provide and insure a record of all procedures

3 Ensure all Beverages are provided within the system

4 Coordinate with all managers on weekly base in an official format

5 Ensuring correct and proper delivery of Beverage to guests.

6 Supervising all Bar staff in their assigned section.

7 Schedule the Bar team

8 Train Bar staff

9 Ensure smooth running of the Bar Staff at all times.

10 Ensure all Beverage orderings procedures are followed by all staff

11 Handles all organize beverage education of the front of house

12 Supervise and manage the monthly stock take

13 Insure the best value and quality is provide

14 Ensures all staff follow the appropriate Policies and Procedures.

15 Insured closing duties, and ensures that the set-up is completed quickly and properly.

16 Ensure the standard of cleanliness of the Bar and is according to standards.

17 Ensure the efficient running of Kathleen’s 5 bar /Beverage department at all time

18 To carry out any duties as assigned by the Manager

19 Maintain a good relationship with others and work as a team

20 Maintain the wine and sprits stock

21 Coordinator the wine and sprits order
