职位描述：

负责独立或带领团队完成调研项目，包含与客户的前期沟通、方案撰写、问卷设计、数据处 理与分析、报告撰写及报告演示 

协助团队完成全年任务 

与其他部门沟通讨论并以高效解决问题 

配合新老客户的业务拓展工作，为客户讲解调研解决方案及方法论 

负责提升团队成员的业务水平 

控制项目成本、处理项目合同、督促客户付款 

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，统计学相关专业优先 

至少3年及以上的市场研究及相关行业经验，具有知名调研公司经验的 优先（如尼尔森、MB、Ipsos、TNS等） 

拥有丰富的独立完成调研项目的经历 

熟练掌握Office软件及数据处理软件SPSS 

良好的英语听说读写能力 

良好的沟通能力、时间管理能力、逻辑思维能力、学习能力
