Job Description:
The Manager for Paint Shop Services is in charge from the complete Start Up phase and implementation of new Paint Shop Service Maintenance contracts up to the further management of the ongoing contracts. In addition he provides the technical support for the business development department.
Responsibilities:
1.Management of Paint Shop Service (PSS) contracts including full cost responsibility;
2.Start Up management and controlling of new contracts;
3Technical support of the Busines Development Department including technical calculation, project structure planning and customer visits;
4.Ongoing development and optimization of Paint Shop Services including process standardization;
5.Providing fundamental Paint Shop Service know-how trainings to the sales team.
Requirements:
1.Fundamental technical education as a mechanical or electrical engineer;
2.Minimum 3 - 5 years past work experience as maintenance manager of shift supervisor of an automated OEM Paint Shop;
3.Have solid technical understanding of paint application equipment from world`s leading manufacturers eg. Taikisha, Eisenmann, Durr, ABB, Alstom;
4.Capable of performing online trouble shooting and problem solving for equipment breakdowns;
5.Familiar with programming of Siemens S7, Profibus, HMI;
6.Have strong interview skills and charged with making hiring decisions supported by HR & OP;
7.Train, develop maintenance team and align their activities with VISH PS maintenance program;
8.Distinctive team and cooperative minded, high flexibility;
9.Good communication skills, open minded, self motivated;
10.Able to communicate at multiple levels;
11.Willingness to travel;
12.Good English skills.
