进口家具店长

【岗位描述】

1、带领零售部完成业绩目标；

2、指导家具顾问对客户售前、售中、售后的跟进工作；

3、店面陈列商品出样、调拨、维护保养、培训等日常管理；

4、策划年度参加或组织展会，如：米兰家居展、上海国际设计展等。

【任职资格】

1、具有采买策略、品牌陈列、时尚营销等方面知识；

2、具有组织策划、店面管理能力，并具备很好的执行力；

3、熟悉进口家居行业，并有一定客户资源。
