1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Accounts Receivable control and collection

- Set up strategy AR collection plan and the clients credit system.

- Develop and standardize AR policies and procedures

- Assistant finance manager to prepare the necessary reporting and analysis related to credit and collection activities.

- Organize the collection tasks in a prioritized and systematic way and communicate with the sales team the tasks and status

- Suggest and initiate action plans for collection of overdue payments, work closely with group legal department, to process the necessary further legal measures on overdue amounts

- Timely report issues and problems encountered in the course of AR collection.

General Ledger Accounting

- Review all kinds of accounting entries in FLEX system

- Handle GL accounting and complete the monthly closing & year-end closing

- Maintain the accounting correctness, to clean up and deal with the problems of the accounting, and ensure to comply with GAAP and legal requirements.

- Prepare the advertising weekly report

- Assistant to develop and implement the financial policies and procedures etc.

- Assistant to complete annual audit, internal audit.

- Help response to government or tax authority inspection

2 REQUIREMENTS:

- University educated, major in finance, accounting or related areas

- 2-3 years AR collection, clients credit control, accounting related working experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and pass the CET 6.

- Good knowledge of PC skills, especially in MS, excels etc.

- Detail-oriented, honest, organized, patient, careful, responsible and reliable, with good team spirit and communicative capability
