工作职责Responsibilities：
1. 新客户的开发；New customer development.
2. 销售计划的拟订；Make sales plan.
3. 新产品的推广与介绍；New product promotion and introduction.
4. 销售渠道的开拓与建立；Develop and build sales channels .
5. 市场与竞争对手的调研；Research market and competitor.
6. 产品的销售与合同的签订。Products sales and contract signing.

岗位要求Qualifications：
1.大学本科以上学历；物理、光学、激光等工科专业； Bachelor degree or above; major in Physics, optics, laser or other related major about engineering;
2. 5年以上销售经验，有工业行业激光领域销售经验，如有工业行业激光应用系统销售经验优先考虑；More than five years sales experience, industry laser field sales experience, such as industry laser application system sales experience is preferred;
3. 熟悉激光工艺； Familiar with laser technology;
4. 具有良好的英语应用能力；Good English application ability;
5. 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，有团队合作精神和大局意识；Good communication and expression ability , good cooperation spirit and general situation consciousness.
6、做事严谨、认真、有毅力，责任心和动手能力强，同时又有市场开拓能力；Scrupulous, serious, perseverance, responsible and strong hands-on ability, and have market development ability;
