Go Programming Language Engineer/ Trainee

岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities:

1. 研究区块链原理，运行机制以及相关算法等技术；

Study the principle of blockchain, operation mechanism and relevant algorithms;

2. 参与区块链产品的设计、开发与测试工作；

Take part in the design, development and testing of blockchain products;

3. 解决开发、测试过程中出现的问题，为产品提供技术支持；

Solve problems during development and testing, and provide technical support for products;

4. 撰写技术文档并进行整理、归档。

Write technical documents and file them.

岗位要求：

job requirements:

1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具有一定的英语水平和代码阅读分析能力；

Hold a bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related discipline, and have a certain kind of ability to use in English, read and analyze codes;

2. 热爱编程，喜欢钻研，对区块链技术有较强兴趣；

Be passionate about the programming, be fond of studying technique, and be strongly interested in the blockchain technology;

3. 精通Go语言开发，具有良好的编程习惯以及文档编写能力；

Be proficient in Go Programming Language development, have good habits of programming and proficiency in file compilation;

4. 拥有Linux平台的开发经验；

Have experience in developing Linux platform;

5. 掌握数据结构和算法，精通网络编程，熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP、P2P等网络协议；

Master the technique in data structure and algorithm, be proficient in network programming, and be familiar with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and P2P;

6. 具有计算机网络、密码学、交易/支付系统等至少一项相关开发经验；

Have development experience among one of three relevant following sectors--- computer network, cryptography, trading/payment system, etc.;

7. 思路清晰，工作积极主动，具有较强的自学能力和良好的团队协作精神

Think clearly, take initiative in working process, hold the ability in excellent self-study, and maintain good teamwork spirit.

具有以下条件者优先：

High-priority candidates include those with any of the following conditions:

1. 对区块链相关项目有研究、开发和实践者；

Have experience in research, development and practitioner of the projects related to blockchain;

2. 熟悉主流共识机制实现原理，了解公链、私有链、联盟链的适用场景；

Possess the ability to be familiar with the implementation principle of the mainstream consensus mechanism, and understand the applicable scenes of public, private and alliance chains;

3. 主导或参与过大型开源社区项目者；

Have experience in leading or participating large open source community projects;

实习生计划：

Internship Program:

1. 需要提交GitHub账号及至少一件使用Go语言完成的作品，如有引用则必须注明；

Submit your GitHub account and at least one work completed by Go Programming Language, and relevant cites must be marked if any;

2. 欢迎优秀的大学在读生、应届生参与实习计划，符合要求的实习生在期满可以签订正式劳动合同。
