岗位职责：

  

1. 拟定全年活动策划方案及预算执行，控制费用支出，并持续进行评估及质量提升；

  

2. 负责节庆日美陈效果及活动落地品质把控，制定会员的经营性活动策划及执行，并提出评估及调整性意见

  

3. 负责商场内广告位租赁和活动场地租赁管理等事宜；

  

4. 组织进行市场调研及市场推广活动可行性分析，各种报告、计划书的制作；

  

5. 与商场商户保持良好沟通，负责与主力店、租户的节假日促销活动的联动策划与实施；

  

6. 持续开发新资源，促进新合作，以提升商场的销售业绩及人流；

  

7. 管理市场部团队之工作及汇报，与其他部门保持紧密合作，统筹活动安排。

  

岗位要求：

  

1. 大学本科及以上学历；

  

2. 6年及以上相关工作经验，具有管理经验、操作过大型商场项目工作经验者优先；

  

3. 具有较强工作责任心，工作态度积极；

  

4. 良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，创新能力强，团队合作精神；

  

5. 诚实正直、品行端正。

Responsible for marketing of shopping centers, strictly supervise and ensure the various marketing work tasks are completed on time and within budget;

  

1. Develop and implement the annual promotion plan of shopping center;

2. Ensure that the company's annual marketing plan, and implement the mall marketing promotion;

3. Responsible for the mall public relations and media promotion work, guide and control  liaison and negotiation with advertising agents or media agents, in charge of liaison and coordination with the media;

4. Take lead of design team, responsible for mall decorations of all promotional activities all the year round, strive to upgrade mall image;

5. Improve and maintain the tenant relationships;

6. Comply company's annual budget with strictly control of marketing and promotion costs;

7. Responsible for formulating marketing work plan, the job description, the deployment, inspection and summary of daily work;

8. Arrange the shift rotation, conduct staff on-job training, supervision and performance assessment;

9. Actively participate in various public activities to improve mall image ;

10. Coordinate the various activities organized by the government departments;

11. Assist other departments in completing the work of operation and management of shopping center;

12. Complete the tasks assigned by General Manager and landlord;

13. Responsible for the marketing-related reports such as monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, promotion reports, promotion assessment analysis report;

14. Market research report.

    Job Requirements:

                              

1. Bachelor degree, more than 5 years' experience in marketing / media / advertising-related work, priority given to applications with mall promotion experience;

2. Show great perception in the market, and have the ability to acutely grasp market trends and market orientation;

3. Have a close cooperation with the media, able to manage large-scale on-site activities;

4. Lively and cheerful, good at communication, strong foreign language ability.
