职位描述
任职资格：
1、机械类或机电一体化专业背景，3年以上车间管理和协调工作经验
2、有使用ERP系统在车间管理的经验，熟悉车间各项工作流程及操作
3、有较强的人际沟通、管理能力，出色的团队合作精神
4、有书面英语能力者更佳
工作职责：
1、按照生产计划组织车间生产，组织实施公司的生产任务
2、根据订单要求，编制订单装配指导卡、泵装配关键过程记录表、油漆作业记录表；
3、在ERP系统中，根据订单进度要求，开具工单和报缴工时等工作；
4、在生产任务安排过程中，做好技术交底，在生产过程中，做好监控、跟踪、控制好质量 。根据公司的有关要求做好文件的存档工作
5、做好装箱前的准备资料并检查与订单要求的符合性；
6、编制全年设备维护保养计划，并组织实施；
7、制定设备管理制度，确保车间设备得到正确的操作和维护保养并做好相关的记录；
8、做好月度材料计划的申购；
9、做好铭牌的打印工作；
10、负责安排好本车间工人的技能和安全培训；
11、完成领导安排的工作.
