2. 大专及以以上学历,电子专业优先。

3. 熟悉计算机日常操作维护，熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、OUTLOOK等办公软件。

4. 能够读懂中英文操作指导书的能力

5. 会使用烙铁焊接电子线路，需要有较强的动手能力,.

6. 具备基本电子知识、认识相关的电子元器件,熟悉5S

7. 愿意主动多技能发展,有学习愿望.

8. 为人诚实,工作务实,品行端正,有较强的责任心和上进心

    

职位描述：

1. 对生产所使用的测试夹具以及线束进行维修保养.

2. 根据相关文档要求,更据BOM或根据测试的要求购买相关元器件并加工制作测试线束;

3. 做好测试夹具及线束的备件管理.保证能够及时更换;

4. 保证生产测试的正常运行,生产过程中测试问题及时处理及反馈;

5. 通过相关培训对不良品进行维修分析.

6. 上级主管交代的其他工作。
