The service manager is responsible for managing service team to support customers’ installation and field issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Customer relationship management/field service

Develop close working relationship with customer’s service team. Be able to conduct/satisfy:

1) Technical training

2) Field repair work

3) Customer-facing visits

4) Urgent repair/refurbishment requests

2 Component repair process

1) Coordinate production demands with repair demand

2) Status of repairs distributed around plant for repair

3) Achieving satisfactory turn times through production lines for repairs

4) Expedite inter-facility repairs upon customer request

3 Data analysis/management and monthly field report

1) Track and report key metrics of repair/refurbishment process

2) Present status of repair turn time, issues, constraints to management

3) SAP work order hygiene

4) Monthly service report to management team on reliability data from the field

4 Supply Chain management

1) Status of parts out for repair at other facilities

2) Maintain constructive inter-facility relationships. Utilize management as necessary to facilitate

3) Implement improvements to streamline inter-continent repair process

4) Track, report and adjust material safety stocks to satisfy fluctuating repair lead times

Qualifications:

1 5-10 years of experience working in a customer service environment with demonstrated, consistent performance improvements

2 5-10 years of experience working with complex electrical systems; experience with CT is highly preferred.

3 Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be presentable to the customer

4 Comfortable working in a matrix organization

5 Strong data analysis skills

6 Fluent in MS Excel and Powerpoint

7 Be able to demonstrate strong customer facing characteristics

8 Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
