Responsible for helpdesk service, providing support and customer service for all company supported IT hardware, software and network connectivity. Troubleshoot and work on a wide range of queries and incidents from our offices, warehouses in Great China.

负责桌面支持，提供硬件、软件及网络支持。

Key Responsibilities：

1. 1st line IT support and troubuleshooting to end-user in both office and warehouse including hardware, software, related peripherals, printers, networking, video conferencing and etc.

为办公室和仓库提供一线IT支持和排错。包括硬件、软件、周边设备，打印机、网络、视屏会议等

2. Support for new employee on-boarding and off-boarding, daily desktop support, user account management, etc.

支持员工入职及离职，日常计算机支持、用户名管理等

Requirement & Qualification：

1. Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software and hardware.

软件硬件运作原理基础知识

2. CCNA/CCNP will be better

CCNA/CCNP认证优先

3. AS400 knowledge prefer
