Key responsibilities:

1 Assist manager who have been in charge of operation with procedure improvement and follow-up the implementation of new methodology in order to produce better and faster results.

2 Assist manager in leadership roles by understanding their responsibilities; by leading and managing the changes process; by developing workers capabilities and communicating effectively.

3 Assist the workers by understanding the best practices and how they will be concerned.

4 Assist in the expansion of efficient teams.

5 Lead logistics operation

6 Lead office management tasks

7 Guarantee safety regulations are adhered to

8 Lead implementation measure in order to give motivation for employees

9 Monitor customer service departments and evaluate that they are meeting customer requirements targets

10 Organize, review and submit reports and other operational documentation

11 Dialogue with customers about supply chain issues or queries

12 Correspond information to the departments filtered for management

13 Implement quality management and narrow conformity strategies

14 Carry out training sessions

Qualification and experience:

1 University degree or above, major in logistics related, at least 3 years’ experience related to Warehousing

2 Strong leadership, excellent communication skills with customer or team members

3 Great interest in supply chain with great wishes to be developed in ID Logistics in a long term;

4 Excellent in problem analysis and solving skill

5 Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure

6 Diligent, self-motived and open-minded

7 Good command of spoken and written English

8 Knowledge of WMS and most of all Infolog will be greatly appreciated

9 Good computer and Excel skills

10 Willing to take rotation and have flexible working time (Day and night)

11 Knowledge about cold chain management and food safety regulation
