KEY RESPONSIBILITY

· Develop and maintain local customer, discover project opportunities;

· Maintain customer relationship so as to increase the market share and customer base.

· Pilot the Business Creation Process of Security Solutions to insure timely product launches in cooperation with the product manager of the categories and the regions

Security IoT

· Develop and execute strategic growth plans and generate leads for sales growth target in the assigned territory (Security IoT)

· Prepares new product/product range/service offers’ presentations (value propositions, target group, key benefits, key features, positioning versus competition)

· Give presentations and demonstrations to the industry (technical background of CCTV/Intercom/Access Control required)

· Build/grow strong relationships with System Integrators/Security Consultants/End Users

· Conduct market research and finding new opportunities/projects

· Incubation: Investigate and validate new value propositions, business and service models, beyond our current existing categories. Recommend incubation pilots, and accompany those pilots as a key member in the incubation team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

? At least five years’ project sales experience in security industry including CCTV surveillance, access control, related equipment, etc. a plus.

? Fluent in English

? Ability to think strategically short and long-term

? Can think out of the box and bring a vision

? Comfortable to work in unchartered territories, capable of developing “working hypothesis” in new markets with certain levels of unknown

? Strong analytical skills

? Affinities with technological products: Knowledge of connected eco-systems is a plus

? Strong leadership & communication skills
