Responsibilites:

- To establish In-coming Inspection Plan and Limit Samples with Suppliers

- To review all In-coming Inspection Reports, Disposition and control

- To Analysis and Corrective Action Plan for In-house and Customers Rejects

- Responsible for all Supplier Quality Rejects, Issues Supplier CAR and monitor Supplier Quality Improvement Plan and Effectiveness

- Deal with customer complain,ensure all “NG” parts are controlled, segregated, and disposed accordingly. analyse the reason of defeat parts , issue Corrective Action

- establish In-process Inspection Plan and Limit Samples to Production

- Responsible for Training of In-process Inspectors, production Supervisors,Technicians and Leaders on all parts quality requirements with PE

- Perform Process Quality Audit, generate Audit Reports and follow up the Improvement Plan

- Establish project quality documentation, Early involve and monitor project life, deal customer audit,customer complaint, return and service

Requirements:

- At least 3 years working experience in quality function

- Good knowledge for ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001/TS16949, SPC SIXSIGMA,Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC,PFMEA, MSA etc

- Good skills in communication,result orientation,decision making,strong team work spirit,family with different kind of analysis tools.Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechnicial or Electrical major
