We are currently looking for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager (Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English) to join our Shanghai team.

The successful applicant must have experience managing a team and running integrated communications projects and campaigns for consumer, Sports / or Lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

1.Manage an integrated team  of SEM/SEO, social media, and digital professionals to execute client  strategies and plans 

2.Manage the team to deliver work that includes media,  social media content development, digital campaigns, influencer marketing and  more 

3. Execute strategic plans and proposal to enhance  our client’s brand recognition and awareness  

4.Work collaboratively with other teams including  digital, creative and E-commerce 

5.Manage annual retainer clients in the Sports  industry 

6. Act as a day-to-day contact for clients 

7. Maintain and develop a strong network of media and  KOL contacts and secure coverage for our clients 

8. Manage client’s social media  strategy and social media accounts 

9. Develop written materials of the highest  quality 

10.Deliver against KPIs and actionable metrics 

 11.Support in new business development including but not  limited to developing proposals, attending pitch presentations and developing  your own network 

12.Proactively contribute to the development of the  agency

Key requirements and skills

 1. At least 4+ years’ experience gained in a communications / PR agency / digital agency  environment

2.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal,  in both Chinese and English 

3. Experience with integrated communications

4. Knowledge of the sports sector in China

5.An enthusiastic team  player 

6. Experience managing and mentoring team members
