协助中国区产业地产团队为政府、开发商、房地产基金等提供咨询顾问服务，包括

- 市场调查，收集与整理基础数据(包括Cold Call)

- 协助完成市场研究报告

- 翻译相关资料

Skills & Experience / 任职要求

- 在校生及研究生均可, 对经济、市场尤其是房地产市场有兴趣和一定的认识

- 英语听说读写熟练；CET-6

- 熟练使用OFFICE软件(包括Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- 能够接受加班和出差

- 如为2019年毕业生可留用

- 做事耐心，认真细心；

-工作地点： 上海市淮海中路300号K11 16楼 (靠近地铁1号线黄陂南路站, 10号线新天地站, 13号线淮海中路站)

-要求实习期不少于3个月，并且每周保证3天以上实习时间

-实习工资: RMB 120/ 天
