Responsibilities

• Assist the director to establish the marketing and leasing strategy of certain business park project
• Perform daily duties in answering leasing hotline, on-site inspections, negotiation with tenants
• Maintain the relationship with third-party agents and accelerate cooperation
• Source and BD direct deals
• Maintain and enhance the relationship with administrative authority
• Complete regular working report to the landlord
• Provide high quality services to clients

Skills & Experience

• Degree holder with at least two year working experience in property sales and leasing.
• Possess a strong understanding and interest in real estate markets
• Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good professional integrity
