Day to Day Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain material supply plan to meet production requirement.

Monitor material order processing status and follow up with on time delivery.

Coordinate with P&T team on material transportation and import process

Improve material supply / planning process, system and procedure.

Control material inventory to meet target.

Keep close contact with suppliers and maintain good relationship to ensure the reliable supply.

Develop alternative sources of material supply for contingency to avoid interruption to production.

Track and evaluate suppliers’ performance (OTD, quality, service, etc.) and prepare periodic report.

Support warehousing & storage management to achieve optimal logistics.

Coordinate with production planner to assure the material supply in sync with production planning. Back-up to production planner.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Engineering or similar fields.

Required Skills:

At least 2 years equivalent experience in planning, customer service or purchasing.

Working experience in multi-national companies is highly preferred.
