Position: Finance Director (财务总监)

Description（职位描述）

The Finance Director will be responsible for accounting, asset management and budgeting controls. Responsibilities will include managing monthly closing process, maintaining effective internal controls and involvement in audits, tax filings and other regulatory matters.

财务总监负责会计，资产管理以及预算控制。职责包括管理月度结账程序，内部控制管理和参与审计、纳税申报和其他管理事务。       

Primary Responsibilities: （主要职责）

Monthly Accounting Close: Manage monthly accounting process, including process for closing books, making accruals, adjustments and other closing entries and consolidating results of complex

Financial Analysis: Manage the preparation of financial analysis and reporting

Internal Controls: assist in development of policies and operating procedures and controls. Ensure that policies are being followed.

Budgeting: Make preparation of annual budget and process for monitoring results against budget.

Audit, Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in coordination of mainland and HK audits and tax filings.

Manage banking credit, foreign currency exchange and management,

月结账：管理月结账过程，包括结账、计提应计账款、调整帐目和其他结账分录，以及合并综合业务。           

财务分析：财务分析报告的准备。             

内部控制：协助制定政策和操作程序和控制以确保遵循政策。         

预算编制：编制年度预算，并根据预算对监测结果进行处理。           

审计、税务和法规遵从：协助境内和香港的审计和税务申报

负责银行信贷管理，及外汇操作与管理。

Education, Experience & Professional Requirements（任职要求）

Minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferably including 3 years’ experience in the multinational company at a senior managerial position

CPA, CMA or equivalent, and knowledge of Hong Kong GAAP would be an advantage

Strong communication, presentation skills

Demonstrated leadership ability, strong organizational skills, strategic thinker capable of identifying and resolving issues

Experience in auditing firm would be a plus.

8年以上工作经验，3年以上跨国公司财务管理经验优先

CPA、CMA或同等学历，熟悉香港会计准则者优先考虑            

较强的沟通能力和表达能力            

良好的领导能力，较强的组织能力和战略思辨能力

审计公司工作经验将优先考虑
