Responsibilities:职责
1. 接听及回复客户对产品、服务、配件的咨询电话；
Answer customer’s consultation about products, service and spare parts
2. 根据客户的要求提供配件规格及报价；
Provide data and price of spare parts according to customer’s demand
3. 服务以及配件销售合同的拟定及跟踪；
Do services and sales contract and track them
4. 配件销售相关数据统计；
Do statistical analysis for sales data
5. 完成上级安排的其他工作；
Other tasks director assigned

Requirements: 职位要求
1. 大专以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；
College degree or above, related working experience is more than one year
2. 有良好的服务意识，工作主动性强，耐心细致，有责任心；
Good communication, positive and patient work attitude, be responsible
3. 良好的英语读写能力；
Fluent in written and spoken English
4. 熟练使用办公设备及OFFICE办公软件；
Familiar with office software
5. 大学英语4级；
CET-4
6. 具有理工科专业背景优先考虑；
Science and engineering graduates will be highly preferred
