JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The PM must take full ownership of the following duties and responsibilities.

·         Create the project in SAP and maintain this, through the active project period.

·         Communicate with sales, designers, partners and the customer to ensure the optimal solution for all in the project.

·         Schedule with internal company and external partners , ensuring on time delivery.

·         Should have knowledge on the audio,display and system . being able to understand and process information.

·         Quality control the equipment prior to shipment.

·         Cooperate with others partners and provide technical support and customer service.

·         Can lead large and complex projects in a cross -functional environment.

Qualifications And Experience
To succesfully take on the duties of the project management role, the following qualifications should be met.)

·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics\Computer\science\Instrumentation\Mechatronics).

·         5-8 years experience in working with technical projects in the industry segment.

·         Experienced in working in an international environment.

·         Knowledge in working with SAP or similar ERP system.

·         The ability to work up against a timeschedule, where deadlines must be respected and deliver succesfull projects, in some periods under pressure.

·         Has knowledge in contract management.

·         The project manager is fluent in Chinese and English in writing and speaking.

·         Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and IT in general.
