Market Finance China

China Market Finance is treated as a business partner of all functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Development, Business Intelligence, Operations, HR etc) with direct responsibility of business and financial performance. It is where finance and business comes together. We bring financial insights into day to day business decision making, develop short-term/long-term strategy and investment framework, and fuel business growth with smart tradeoff choices.

Your tasks will include:

This role is looking for a senior finance manager who would like to challenge oneself in taking full financial leadersehip in steering strong business and financial performance from channel end-to-end. The person would need to:

 

• Indepently act as the finance business partner for critical channels, owning up the full P/L of the channels and facilitating decision making with financial insights

• Initiate spending effectiveness drives through activity dashboard and ROI analysis

• Assess business model choices and implement route-to-market strategy

• Coordinate and intervene overall budgeting and tracking processes

• Closely work with other team members in strengthening finance fundamentals and contribution

• Build organization finance capability

Do you have what we are looking for?

 

You must have:

• 8+ years of finance experience

• Bachelor degree or above

• Good fundamental knowledge of business and able to link financials to business implications

• Proactive anad has a change mindset

• Solid experiences in influencing beyond financial and accounting processes and reporting

• Strong analytical skill and comfortable with ambiguity

• Effective in communication

• Advance level in English and Mandarin

   

  It would be nice for you to have:

• Experience in retail, online or digital industry

• Strong interest with LEGO business
