MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Implement production supervisor’s requirement.

• Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.

• Assists with employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.

• Assists with managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, employee turnover rate, efficiency, downtime and overtime.

• Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc.

• Responsible for coordinating line staffing.

• Responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.

• Capable of operating equipment and performing all jobs on line.

• Ensures open lines of communication among shifts, with the line supervisors and all appropriate support personnel.

• Responsible for maintaining elements of safety and cleanliness for assigned manufacturing lines.

• Acts as backup for the manufacturing line supervisor.

• Manages line changeovers.

• Assists with performance evaluations.

• Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.

• Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environment.

• Basic PC based software programs operating skill.

• Able to act independently with minimal supervision.

• Electrical and mechanical aptitude.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: Bachelor degree or above

• Experience: Minimum of 3 year of related experience
