Job Duties:

1. To assist supervisor with establish and perfect the relevant legal rules, including litigation, declare claim, force implement etc.

2. To carry out, organize and coordinate the matters of litigation, declare claim and force implement, including but not limited to appear or force implement in out-of-town court;

3. To provide consulting & training with the matters of lawsuit for collection team;

4. To draft related legal documents of collection team;

5. To keep communication and coordination with judicial department and lawyers;

6. To handle sudden conflict of legal dispute on the spot;

7. To complete other responsibilities assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, legal or relevant major;

2. Familiar with the Contract Law, Guarantee Law, civil procedural law , etc.

3. Have rich experience to handle complex, difficult and intense conflict of legal dispute, also have ability of appearing in out-of-town court independently, and meanwhile be capable of high frequency out-of-town business trip;

4. Have legal or lawyer work experience at least more than three years, if relate to collection legal affairs will be preferred;

5. Pass the National Judicial Examination, and obtain legal professional qualification certificates is preferred;

6. Proficiency in the use of computer, mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.;

7. Good professional accomplishment and work ethic, fulfill work carefully and diligently, obey working arrangement from leader, good team player is also requested.

岗位职责：

1、完善诉讼、债权申报、强制执行等法务工作相关制度的建立与完善；

2、诉讼、债权申报、强制执行相关工作的具体实施、组织与协调，包括但不限于异地应诉、执行；

3、催收部门相关法律问题的咨询与培训；

4、催收部门相关法律文书的初步草拟；

5、催收过程中与司法部门、律师的联络沟通。

6、突发法律冲突事件的现场处置；

7、上司交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，法律相关专业；

2、熟悉合同法、担保法、民事诉讼法等法律法规；

3、具备处理复杂疑难、冲突激烈法律纠纷的经验，具备独立异地应诉的能力，并能胜任高频度外地出差的要求；

4、有3年以上的法务或律师工作经验，其中具有与资产保全法务相关工作经验的优先考虑；

5、通过国家司法考试，获得法律职业资格证书者优先考虑；

6、计算机使用熟练，熟悉word、excel、outlook、ppt等办公软件；

7、细致勤勉，良好的职业素养与工作操守，优秀的团队合作精神，服从工作安排。
