Supply Chain ERP - IT Systems Engineer

Your challenges:

• Satisfied or Satisfied users is your priority, and for that you assure a strong proximity with the Supply Chain users.

• In charge of the functional animation of requirements of the users on SAP modules and other Supply systems.

• Responsible of the Supply Chain Production environment on your domain to make available reliable solutions and sustainably reduce incidents and respond to users requests on time.

• Participate in the transformation of our Supply & SAP solutions and linked processes in close collaboration with project teams from other countries.

Your responsibilities:

I ensure best service for the satisfaction of users

• Collaborate with Business and Process teams to optimize existing supply chain processes

• Analyse and report the trends of issues/defects generated weekly and monthly to define user training needs and solution optimization needed

• Diagnose issues and provide solutions to Supply Chain users

I ensure reliability and quality of the ERP systems

• Design and execute proactive monitoring solutions

• Collaborate with International project and support teams to continuously improve our solutions

• Participate in validating the quality of new projects and version releases through Integration Tests, NRTs, UATs..

I ensure profitable and rapid growth of business

• Participate in opening of new countries, warehouses and stores in Asia region

If you are qualified with below requirements:

• 0-2 years of working experience on SAP modules (ECC, PP, MM, SD, FMS..) or other ERP systems

• Knowledge on Supply Chain processes like Forecasting, Manufacturing, Master Data Management...

• Proficient in oral and written communication in English is a must to effectively collaborate with your international collaborators

• Communication is French is a plus! :)

你的职位挑战

• 使用户满意将是您的优先考量，我们希望你可以深入了解公司供应链，保证高效地服务全球迪卡侬用户。

• 负责管理SAP的平台及其他相关供应链系统，保证平台的稳定、可靠。

• 负责供应链生产平台解决方案的优化，以及项目的落地测试，监控和发布，减少错误发生的数量，及时响应用户的的需求。

• 推进Highway项目生产方面的实施

• 和全球的业务项目组密切合作，保证Supply & SAP 解决方案的系统转型升级

您的主要责任

确保为用户提供最好的服务

• 与业务和流程团队协作，优化现有的供应链流程

• 总结分析报告每周/每月产生的用户需求，定义用户培训和提供解决方案的优化

• 诊断问题并为供应链用户提供解决方案

确保ERP系统的可靠性和质量

• 设计并实施主动监控解决方案

• 与全球项目组和支持团队合作，不断改进我们的解决方案

• 通过集成测试，NRT和UAT等参与评估新项目和版本升级的质量。

确保迪卡侬亚洲区业务的盈利和快速增长

• 参与在亚洲地区开设新的国家，仓库和商店的扩展项目

您必须拥有：

• 2年以上SAP模块（ECC, PP, MM, SD, FMS...）或其它ERP系统工作经验

• 熟悉掌握供应链流程的知识，如销售预测, 制造，Master Data管理等等

• 英语流利，会法语者更佳
