Decathlon Asia Solution & Technology IT Network and Security Engineer

Your challenges:

• Provide efficient support on network and security environment for global Decathlon Datacenter;

• Design network and security architecture on Cloud platform by considering automation to adapt Decathlon IT infrastructure growth;

• Continuously accept new ideas and promote our rapid growth;

• Become a leader with personal example and action-oriented;

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operation and support to ensure the reliability and availability of network and security environment;

• Responsible for one or multiple network and security solutions/products. Build technical documentation and train team members;

• Provide network and security solution on cloud environment to support application migration and long-term cloud deployment;

• 3-6 weeks visit to France every year, meet our customer, get training from headquarter;

• Manage suppliers to guarantee high level of IT service;

If you are qualified with below requirements:

• Have good understanding on OSI and TCP/IP model. Familiar with the protocol analysis tools;

• Familiar with network and security products such as Cisco, H3C, Juniper, Checkpoint, F5, etc;

• Have basic knowledge for cloud and experience on AWS/Azure (at least one of them), your expertise in network and security services will be very appreciated.

• 2 years at least working experience in IT domain;

• Smooth communication by fluent oral and written English;

• Own strong responsibility and professionalism with good team spirit;

• Can be afford to foreign country trips (3 - 6 weeks / per year);

• Speaking French or having international company working experience will be appreciated;

你的职位挑战

• 高效管理和维护迪卡侬全球数据中心的网络与安全环境；

• 设计云环境的网络与安全架构以配合传统平台的迁移和新应用的部署，并使用自动化和敏捷的新型思维和技术；

• 不断接受新的理念，促进我们快速成长；

• 成为一位以身作则，注重行动的领导者；

您的主要责任

• 参与日常运维以保证网络与安全设备的可靠性与可用性。

• 负责单种或多种网络与安全设备在迪卡侬环境中的应用，编写技术文档并培训其他组员。

• 为现有迪卡侬平台向云迁移及新项目上云提供长远，可靠的网络与安全解决方案。

• 能够适应每年至少一次，为期3周的法国出差，在欧洲本部会见直接的客户，并接受相关的培训；

• 负责管理供应商以保证其服务质量；

您必须拥有：

• 精通TCP/IP协议通信原理和协议分析工具，熟悉网络故障的排查方法;

• 熟悉网络与安全主流厂商的设备，如思科、H3C、Juniper、checkpoint、F5等;

• 熟悉并接触过公有云平台，AWS/Azure至少其一，对其网络与安全服务精通者优先考虑;

• 2年以上IT相关的工作经验；

• 流利的英文口语和书面表达能力，良好的沟通技巧；

• 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，良好的团队合作精神；

• 愿意接受每年一次为期3周的境外培训/工作；

• 如果可以法语沟通，或有外资公司工作经验者更佳；
