岗位职责:

Your responsibilities:

Is to ensure Operations, Monitoring, Alerting, Application Reliability, and Performance by:
building and setting up new development environments / tools with infrastructure team
Implementing integrations requested by customers
Deploying updates and fixes
Building tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Performing root cause analysis for production errors
Investigating and resolving technical issues
Developing scripts to automate visualization
Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

任职资格:

Required Skills:
Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar cloud software engineering role
Familiar with Linux, shell scripts, python.
Familiar with CICD / automation tools: Jenkins, Rundeck, Ansible, Terraform,JIRA, etc.
Familiar with cloud platform: Azure/AWS
Familiar with web servers such as: Apache, Nginx.
Familiar with Docker/Container and Orchestration tools such as Rancher or Kubernetes
Familiar with Databases: Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Familiar with monitoring / logging tools is a plus: ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
Familiar with event streaming platform is a plus: kafka
English speaker.
