岗位职责:

Mission description :
As Decathlon China Software Development Leader, your main responsibilities will be to :

1.Define and implement methods and tools required to build worldwide software modules from China with 100% autonomy.
2.Cooperate with fellows in other countries (including France) in order to benefit from their knowledge and share China’s initiatives
3.Promote “everything as code” automation processes across full technical stack
4.Animate the local community of developers to share the best practices
5.Be the referent in China for the worldwide platform strategy and Decathlon DevFactors
6.Contribute to recruitment of highly skilled developers through sourcing of candidates and skills validation
7.Identify and propose trainings helping others to develop their skills in order to contribute to Decathlon Platform ( developers as well as other teams)

In order to remain relevant in your role, you will have to spend at least one third (33%) of your time coding and applying methods you define.
Far from working alone, he will be able to mobilize other developers in the community in order to continuously improve methods and tools.

S&T is a team of 130+ employees providing all the technical solutions to support business activities of Decathlon in China and Asia. This includes Production, Supply Chain and omni-channel commerce activities.
