Responsibilities:
· Fully take charge of whole process management of project
· Keep daily communication with client, develop and manage client relationship
· Identify job requirement based on clients' Job profile
· Screening & identifying potential candidates by interview
· Candidates interview arrangement and offer negotiation
· Lead and coach researcher in daily working
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree, major in chemical, machinery, electronic or English
· 4 years above working experience with multinational company, experience of HR, executive search, technical sales/service and related function
· Strong analysis and learning ability
· Skillful in coordination and communication
· Open mind, positive, efficient, patient, can work with passion and responsibility
· Like challenge and can work under pressure
· Fluent in oral and written English
