岗位职责:

? Leverage usability testing and innovative technical solutions to improve customer experiences through working with related business departments
? Gather internal / external know-how & best practices and share with the related cross-functional teams.
? Understand the customer (Operation/Marketing/E-Commerce) needs by tracking customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
? Build effective working relationships and business engagement with cross-functional teams

任职资格:

? Strong work experience and knowledge in digital solution,including but not limited to T-mall, Wechat/CRM, mobile APP etc..
有数字化解决方案的经验以及知识，包括但不仅限于天猫，微信，手机app等
? Deep knowledge about retail industry
熟悉并且了解零售行业
? Open minded, positive attitude, flexible for changes, highly motivated, innovative thinking and willingness to try new things
