岗位职责：

1、负责线路规划及车辆满载率，合理利用有限资源车辆调配。

2、接收客户指令，合理安排车辆满足需求，监控配送完成情况。

3、优化运输流程，降低运输成本。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有2年以上运输管理岗位工作经验，

2、能适应定期白晚班，抗压执行、吃苦适应能力强。

3、具备良好的沟通协调、组织管理能力，对数据敏感，具有前瞻性的预判能力。
