主要协助sales director处理但不限于以下工作：

assist sales director to handle but not limited as below:

1、负责协调和组织各销售小组的日常业务 

Responsible for coordinating and organizing the daily business of sales team

2、辅助总监对项目的跟进追踪和客户沟通

Assist director to follow up the project and communicate with client

3、销售报表制做，周、月、季度、年度等

Prepare sales report, include weekly \ monthly\quarter\ yearly etc. report

4、来访接待，参加会议

Reception and meeting attend

5、负责合同制订，项目报价，回款进度和催款安排

In charge of prepare contract, quotation, payment collection 

6、其他支持销售部门的行政工作

Other support jobs to business department

7、上级交办的其他任务

Tasks assigned by supervisor

任职要求Requirement：

1、本科以上学历，不限专业。Bachelor degree or above, not limited to major

2、英语至少通过CET6，或能用英文交流的水平, English skill is required, CET-6, or fluent Oral and Writing and Reading

3、从事过店铺道具行业、家具定制行业或店铺装修行业经验为加分项

Has shop prop or furniture industry experiences is plus

4、Office计算机软件操作熟悉，能看懂CAD图纸更佳

Familiar with office software, reading CAD drawing will be better

5、愿意朝着项目经理方向努力，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和服务意识

willing to grow up to a project manager, good communication, negotiation and service awareness
