工作职责:

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

? Handle full set of books, prepare timely month end closing and reporting

? Proper accounting records and daily accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and other ad-hoc assignments

? Review and managing costs

? Maintain corporate accounting policies and ensure US GAAP & CH GAAP compliance

? Managing in accounting operation and tax issue in Mainland China;

? Managing auditing & other compliance work

? Handling ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

任职资格:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university

? At least 10 years relevant working experience

? MUST have experience with US GAAP and global operations

? Solid experience in PRC tax handling

? CPA or PRC CPA highly preferred

? Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

? Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

? Familiar with using Netsuite or other ERP system strongly preferred

? High integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and under strict deadlines

? Immediate availability is highly preferred
