Accountabilities

This position is responsible for support Asia Pacific Electronic Portfolio Manager to manage ADAS related activities as wells as electronics related business quotation activities.

Activities

• Support AP Electronics Portfolio Manager to deliver OPSP targets, strategic actions and sales/profits growth

• Coordinate and implement ADAS portfolio related business activities – review, analysis and actions

• Pipeline management and regular update on ADAS business by working with sales & engineering and global team

• Assist to prepare & summarize portfolio data/strategy, report out key business summary and financial metrics to senior management team

• Coordinate cross-function team in regular Product Line & Portfolio reviews and other meetings required to complete tasks.                                                                                                                                                      

• Lead in CQA activities (both AP and Global electronics projects) as portfolio management and overcoming of obstacles to ensure timely delivery of business case

• Continually improve business case financial performance by working with cross-function team to identify improvement areas

• Optimize, adjust business case with team inputs and workout portfolio key business summary, strategy & background.

Qualifications / experience required

• Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree majoring preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.

• 5 years Technical or Commercial experience in a multi-national company.

• Mature operation skills of Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)

• Fluent in spoken and written English/Chinese

• Excellent communication skills within multi-national/ multi-layer team as well as a moderator

• Knowledge of the Automotive industry and electronics products are an advantage.

• Knowledge of basic business tools and financial terms (NPV, MPBT, EVA etc)

• Can work under pressure with tight time schedule / urgent tasks

• Ability to work with different time zone – meeting at evening needed
