Job Description:

-   Products become more competitive in the market

o   Industrialize new products from development work of labs or based on transfer files.

o   startup of new products, localization

-    Continuous improvement

o   Trouble shooting and plant support

-    Good Laboratory Practice in Pilot lab

o   Maintenance of lab equipment

o   Coordinate and arrange test works

o   Advise and update technical and safety documents

o   Help to make and implement HSE rules

o   Training to staffs

Job Requirement:

1.  Education 教育背景：

Bachelor degree at least, master degree or above is preferred, major in chemical engineering/technology.

2. Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识：

Lab equipment operation skills, communication skill, good English/computer/engineering skill.

3. Related Experience 相关经历：

Min. 3 years’ experience in Chemistry/Polymer Industry, with min. 1 year’s field experience in Silicone Fluids process related work, experienced in engineering calculation and scale up is preferred.

4. Key Competencies 主要能力：

a)      Follow instructions closely, strictly and correctly.

b)      Familiarity with major processes and equipment in Chemical industry

c)      Good communication skill with the other teams

d)      Team work spirit

e)      Organizing and planning

f)        Problem solving

g)      Good reporting and documentation skills
