WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Marketing Artist is a skilled graphic designerwith the ability to create a broad array of marketing graphics across multiple mobilegame titles simultaneously.

As a core member of the Marketing Asset Team reportingto the Marketing Asset Manager, you’ll be called on to create a wide range ofassets such as banners, icons,and screenshots for various stores, social posts, advertising banners, presentations for businesspartnerships.

We are looking for someone who understands the notionof quality creatives in performance marketing context and its focuses andconstraints in mobile gaming sector.

We work fast, so you'll need superior time managementskills and be able to adapt quickly to changes and juggle overlappingdeadlines.

Your daily adventure:

Graphic Design – You support in the creation of 2D/3D static assets for web, in game needs or printed materials:

• Retouching 2D and 3D images, and manipulating image composition
• Processing assets that were already created and producing a wide range of formats to various specifications (resizes, re-layouts, localisations)
• Creating impactful User Acquisition materials, from concept sketches and character illustrations to final colour correction and polishing
• Navigating 3D packages (such as 3ds Max) to pose, light, and render characters and backgrounds to later be polished in Photoshop

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MARKETING TEAM

• 1-2 years + experience in graphic design, ideally in mobile gaming and/or gaming sector
  
• A good understanding of digital marketing practices & social media trends
  
• Well experienced in the Adobe suite including Photoshop or similar and the ability to learn new programs
  
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and design layout via storyboards, sketches and animatic
  
• Advanced skills that allow you to work in autonomy, and make solid decisions concerning marketing asset creation
  
• A good communication skills, you’re able to work collaboratively in a professional environment, able to understand and implement feedback
  
• Fun and proactive team player.
  
• A strong time management skills, able to create quality content on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time and to follow organizational standards and creative briefs.
  
• Interest in the games industry.
  
• Basic communication in English
  

NICE TO HAVES

• Experienced in the Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  
• Experience in game trailer production and gameplay capturing.
  
• Experience in 3D modeling, UV Mapping and Texturing.
